If for some reasons, you need to have your visa application and invitation earlier, Please contact :
The Local Organizing Committee will be responsible
for issuing visa application forms to those and their family members who
have registered through our web page. If you need the visa application forms,
please fill the following forms and mail to jiasm@ihep.ac.cn .
Invitation letters and visa application forms (if required) will be issued starting from
July 15, 2008, depending on the date of your registration.
